Re-do Policy

If you find yourself unhappy with your hair, please feel free to contact us within 3 days and we will get you back in for a fix! We want all of our customers to feel beautiful and completely satisfied with their experience here at Salon XXIV.

Late Policy

Life happens, but if you are going to be late, please call and give our team a heads up. If you are going to be late by 15 minutes or more, please understand that we may have to reschedule your appointment in order to give each client the best experience possible. 

No-Show / Cancellation Policy

At Salon XXIV, our goal for our clients AND our staff is to remain happy, healthy, and satisfied with our work environment. 

No-show and same day cancellations limit our team’s ability to create that environment, as it is difficult to fill those gaps caused by the lack of time. Please give at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If 2 or more accrue during the current year, we will require a deposit for your next booking to hold your appointment, and for a card to be placed on file. If you cancel or no-show that appointment, you forfeit your deposit and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If you arrive on-time, your deposit will be applied to your appointment.
